Picasso - face à face (black & white)
Pablo Ruiz Picasso (1881-1983) is considered to be one of the greatest painters of the 20th century. He was one of the style creators of modern art and, together with George Braque, he founded cubism.
My picture - "Picasso face à face" - is inspired by the artist Gabriël Sterk and his large sculpture of Picasso, which stands in the city of Mougins on the Côte d'Azur in France. The Picasso-name is made from his original and very significant signature.
Picasso lived for many years on the Côte d'Azur and died in 1973 at his home in Mougins.
There are 3 Picasso museums in the world - 2 in Spain and one in Antibes on the Côte d'Azur. Read about this here at CityXee.com/en/picasso
